General Information
Opening Hours:
The Consular Section of the Brazilian Embassy in Dublin is open to the public from:
10 am to 1 pm daily Monday to Friday, (except on Irish public holidays and some Brazilian public holidays).
Telephone enquiries from 3.30-5.30 pm only, or else by e-mail or post.
Emergencies:
The Brazilian Embassy in Dublin also has an emergency number that can be contacted in case of emergencies that occur for Brazilians in Ireland. This emergency number is contactable outside normal office hours as well as on public holidays and during weekends. The emergency telephone number is 087 9814403. If you are calling from outside of Ireland please dial +353 (0) 87 981 4403.
Whenever calling either the Embassy telephone number or the emergency number if the telephone is momentarily unattended please leave your name and number on the answering service and we will contact you as soon as possible.
The jurisdiction of the Consular Section of the Brazilian Embassy in Dublin encompasses the Republic of Ireland only. Northern Ireland comes under the jurisdiction of the General Consulate of Brazil in London.
Services:
VISA
Irish passport holders do not need a visa to enter Brazil as tourists. They should, however, present a passport that is valid for at least six months, either a return or onward ticket, and an international certificate of vaccination, where the latter is required. These requirements apply to all foreign citizens travelling to Brazil with or without a visa.
